If you have any complaint on transport and traffic matters, please fill in the transport complaint form below. For complaint on taxis, please fill in the Taxi Complaint Form.

All the complaints received by TCU will be referred to the relevant government departments (e.g. the Transport Department and Highways Department) and public transport operators for follow-up action.
