Taxi Complaint Form

If you have any complaint on taxis, please fill in the taxi complaint form below. You may lodge complaints using taxi vehicle registration number (VRN). If no VRN is recorded, please provide information displayed on the Taxi Driver Identity Plate (i.e. taxi driver identity plate number and name of the taxi driver). You may provide a copy of the taxi fare receipts if available by email, post or fax as listed at the bottom of this page.

All the complaints received by TCU will be referred to the relevant government departments (e.g. the Transport Department and Highways Department) and public transport operators for follow-up action.

(1) It will help us handle your complaint if you are using electronic complaint form and provide us with relevant information such as the date, time, place, identity of the parties involved. 
(2) If there is not enough space for Part II on this form, please provide relevant information in “Details”. Besides, you may also send your suggestions/ complaints/ other information to info@tcu.gov.hk.
(3) The relevant Government departments may not process the complaint effectively if the vehicle registration number of taxi is not provided.
